Be patient with customers…!

What it would be like for a company, if the customers have no complaints, or no demands…!? Most successful companies in the world that we witness today owe their success to customers; companies that take criticism from customers ‘positively’, get to know things that are going wrong with the business – as, they can improve their business process efficiency by effectively dealing with customer complaints; wise men say, “business units that avoid customer complaints invite happiness…”! (i.e. prevent customer complaints/dissatisfaction)

If companies do not – care for, or give an ear to customer complaints, then the customer would carry nothing but ‘bad reputation’ about the company. It is like, most of companies have no time for proper customer service, and they do not care what customers want from them; if we say customer is King, then he deserves ‘respect’ from a company that he deals with for a thing (“have heart for the King, for what he has to say…”); miffed with a company over something – an annoyed customer will always have unlimited options to choose from. It takes many good deeds to build a good reputation in the market, and if Appco Group is successful and famous, then the business entity owes it to ALL loyal customers that it always cared to maintain good relationship with.

Like a famous quote goes, “one can survive everything, nowadays, except death, and live down everything except a good reputation” – it is hard to maintain good reputation in the market, than just having it, and companies that seriously listen to what customers want (or have to say), and work for it – never see a downturn in the business cycle.
